Special Purpose Fund for Thomas Memorial Library
the Cape Elizabeth Town Council authorizes the finance director to establish The Maryellen Coles Children's Book Fund within Fund 46-Thomas Memorial Library Fund and authorizes acceptance of a $1,000 donation, with appreciation, to establish the fund, anticipating annual additions to the fund.
